Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical fitness of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pusako, Siak Regency. The type of this research is descriptive. The population and sample in this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Pusako, Siak Regency, amounting to 32 people. The research instrument used was the TKJI test aged 16-19 years. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the category of physical fitness values. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that 1) The results of the 60-meter sprint test for class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pusako, Siak Regency are in the very good category, 2) The results of the hanging-lift test of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pusako, Siak Regency are in the poor category. once, 3) The results of the 60-second lying down test for class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pusako, Siak Regency are in the medium category, 4) The results of the Upright Jump Test for Class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pusako, Siak Regency are classified as poor, 5) Results The 1200 meter run test for class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pusako, Siak Regency is in the poor category. So that the results of the calculation of the average value of physical fitness are known that the Physical Fitness of Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 1 Pusako, Siak Regency belongs to the Less category with an average of 12.34 which lies in the TKJI 10-13 value category interval.
