Abstract

As a public health service agency, Puskesmas Tanjung Medan serves various kinds of medical services, one of which is maternal and child health services (KIA) with the aim of reducing maternal and child mortality in the region. Every month, it only serves problems and complaints from mothers and children. In addition, there is also a monitoring function for obstetric and child health programs. The Tanjun Medan Puskesmas serves 13 villages within its territory, so it's no wonder the number of patients exceeds 100 each month. The relatively large number of patients is not proportional to the capacity of the archives and administrative staff at the Puskesmas. In this study the authors are interested in researching and developing a system that can manage data on the KIA Poly at Puskesmas Tanjung Medan
