Abstract

THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES (NURSES) RSIA ERIA BUNDA PEKANBARU MERISA DEVI NPM: 155210184 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of employees (nurses) at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all nurses at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, amounting to 80 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the Adjusted R Square value of 82.7% affects performance. The results of the simultaneous f test test show that the calculated f value > from f table (189.373> 3.11) which means that organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. And testing using the partial t test shows that the t value is more than t table with a significance value less than 0.05, which means that organizational culture and work discipline partially affect employee performance at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru.
