Abstract

The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on The Performance of PT. Supraco Indonesia Duri Riau Branch During The Covid-19 Pandemic ANNISA APRILIA ANGGRAINI Management Study Program E-mail: annisaaprilia.april@gmail.com The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance, to determine and analyze the effect of Job Stress on Performance, to determine and analyze Job Satisfaction and Job Stress together on the Performance of PT. Supraco Indonesia Duri Riau Branch During the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The associative approach is an approach that uses two or more variables to determine the relationship or influence between variables with one another. The population in this study were employees of PT. Supraco Indonesia Branch Duria Riau, amounting to 42 people and the sample in this study was 40 people. Data collection techniques in this research use Path Analysis, Partial Least Square (PLS) and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of the hypothesis test show the relationship between the X1 variable (job satisfaction) and the X2 variable (job stress) and has a positive and significant effect on the Y variable (performance) PT.
