Abstract

INFLUENCE OF HR COMPETENCY ON NURSE PERFORMANCE INDRASARI RENGAT Hospital, INDRAGIRI HULU REGENCY ABSTRACT Viky Triasih 175210262 This study aims to determine the analysis of HR competencies in Indrasari Rengat Hospital, Indragiri Hulu Regency. And analyze the influence HR competency of the Indrasari Rengat Hospital, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study were all nurses at the Indrasari Rengat Hospital which amounted to 56 people using a total sampling technique (census) where all members of the population are sampled. In analyzing the data the author uses quantitative methods, then the results of the study were analyzed using linear regression simple with the help of the SPSS 20 program. So that it can influence between HR competence on the performance of nurses at Indrasari Rengat Hospital. competence HR has an influence on the performance of nurses influenced by factors - other factors not included in the study which are variables competence has a very close and positive relationship to performance nurses at the Indrasari Rengat Hospital, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
