Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the culture Islamic organizations and employee organizational commitment at YLPI RIAU. In The research population that became the research population were all YLPI office employees as many as 29 people. Sampling used purposive sampling method, that is, only permanent employees are the sample, namely as many as 27 people. Data analysis used descriptive method. The results of the study stated that the Islamic organizational culture at the Islamic Education Institute Foundation (YLPI) Riau is good. This condition indicates that the respondents agree with Islamic organizational culture because employees always apply organizational culture Islam that applies in the foundation, employees have the attitude of siddik, istiqamah, fathanah and trust. Organizational commitment at the Foundation for Educational Institutions Islam (YLPI) Riau is good. This is because most of the respondents agree with organizational commitment because employees always respect the norms that applies in the foundation, employees care about the image of the foundation and always support any decisions that are favorable to the foundation.
