Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work supervision on the work productivity of production employees at PT. Rigunas Agri Utama, Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study were all office employees and field employees. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, namely the production department employees, totaling 97 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire) and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that work supervision has a significant effect on the work productivity of production employees at PT. Rigunas Agri Utama, Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
