Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of kaizen culture on employee performance at PT. Graha Persada Pacific. The population and sample in this study were employees of the ship's loading and unloading division using the saturated sampling method or census, the data was processed using IBM SPSS as a research analysis tool. This research uses descriptive method and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the kaizen culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Graha Persada Pacific. The application of kaizen culture at PT. Graha Persada Pasific can be implemented well by employees. A good management system in the company is able to provide benefits for the company and the company's performance can increase optimally in the future.
