Abstract
This study aims to analyze the quality of work life of employees at PT. Kharisma Dayung Utara Pekanbaru the analysis used in this research is descriptive using interpretation in the technique of analyzing data obtained through distributing questionnaires directly to employees who are the research sample. The number of samples in this study were 40 respondents. The results of this study are the results of the hypothesis, the quality of work life of employees of PT Karisma Dayung Utara Pekanbaru is quite strong which can be seen from 8 dimensions, namely: decent compensation, comfortable work environment, employee capacity development, opportunities for growth, social integration, constitutionalism, space to live, Social relevance.
