Abstract
This study aims to analyze the innovation process of Putri Mas woven fabric products in Sebauk Bengkalis Village. Develop a traditional weaving craft business in Putri Mas' business, Sebauk Village, Bengkalis Regency. The data was obtained from the company as an informant through interviews and direct observation at the object of research. The data analysis used was descriptive, which was accompanied by documentation related to the object of research. The results showed that the Putri Mas weaving business had made innovations in products, processes and organizations well. This can be seen from the production tools he uses, the ever-growing variety of products, and the skilled workforce. The innovations carried out gave birth to good appreciation and trust from consumers.
