Abstract
ANALYSIS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE RIGHTS WITH A WORK AGREEMENT (PPPK) IN THE REGIONAL SERVICE AGENCY OF PEKANBARU CITY ABSTRACT Agung Prasetia Keywords: Implementation, Granting Rights and Government Employees with Employment Agreement The purpose of this study was to find out and understand the implementation of the granting of rights to government employees with a work agreement (PPPK) at the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Agency. To find out the obstacles to the implementation of the granting of government employee rights with an employment agreement (PPPK) at the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Agency to facilitate the authors in collecting the data needed in this study, the type of research that will be used is descriptive analysis research. The location of this research is precisely in the Implementation of the Granting of Rights for Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK) at the Regional Personnel Agency of Pekanbaru City while the results of this study are the Implementation of the Granting of Rights for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) at the Regional Personnel Agency of Pekanbaru City categorized quite well, in accordance with the measurement is in the interval between 33% - 66% and the obstacle is that the implementation of the granting of government employee rights with a work agreement (PPPK) at the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Agency can be seen here are some of the obstacles, namely; Lack of budget from the government for PPPK Lack of supporting facilities for the development of PPPK such as the location of development and implementation activities
