Abstract

Education in everyday life is part of community life where the educational process has existed since the beginning of human existence on the earth. So for humans education is defined as a human effort to foster his personality in accordance with the values and culture of society. Education in everyday life is part of community life where the educational process has existed since the beginning of human existence on the earth. So for humans education is defined as a human effort to foster his personality in accordance with the values and culture of society. Not only as a teacher in the subject area at school, the teacher also plays a role in motivating students in the learning process because with the motivation of the teacher there will be a closer relationship between teacher and student because motivation refers to the desires of the student, therefore motivation is very necessary. done in the learning process. Motivation to learn is a non-intellectual psychological factor. Its unique role is in the cultivation of passion. Students who have strong motivation will have a lot of energy to carry out learning activities. Meanwhile, someone has no motivation, except because of coercion or just ceremonial. A student who has high enough intelligence, mentally (may) fail due to lack of motivation.
