Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 87 OF 2014 CONCERNING DEVELOPMENT OF POPULATION AND DEVELOPMENT FAMILY, FAMILY PLANNING AND FAMILY INFORMATION SYSTEM IN BUKIT BATU DISTRICT, BENGKALIS DISTRICT (STUDY OF FAMILY PLANNING) ABSTRACT RANI PUJI ASTUTI 167310050 This study aims to implement government regulation number 87 of 2014 concerning population development and family development, family planning and family information systems in the Bukit Batu sub-district of Bengkulu Regency. The assessment indicators used to implement the family planning village program include communication, sources power, disposition, bureaucratic structure. This type of research which is located in the Bukit Batu sub-district of Bengkalis Regency is using a qualitative method that is departing from observation, interview. The informant withdrawal technique in this study used the snowball technique, which consisted of 4 people consisting of key informants and informants. Withdrawing snowball informants designates some people as informants and it is possible to take or replace them with other informants and documentation as data collection tools. The key informants and informants in this study were 4 people namely the resident control and family planning service, advocacy and mobilization, family planning field officers and community family planning participants. Types of data collection consisted of primary and secondary data, based on observations and research interviews , documentation, the data is processed and analyzed to complete the research objectives, then compared with theories related to the title Implementation of Government Regulation No. 87 of 2014 concerning Development of Population and Family Development, Family Planning and Family Information Systems in Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency ( Family Planning Study) in the observation results that are Fairly Implemented.
