Abstract

This study aims to determine the product innovation that is applied in the Brocco Ice Cream business in Pekanbaru City in business activities. The innovation indicators used in this research consist of Offerings, Solutions, Supply Chain, Process and Customer Prense. This research is located on Jl. Brigadier General Katamso Pekanbaru City. The type of research used in this study is Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that from the Innovations that have been Offerings, Solutions, Supply chains, Processes, Customers and Prense. Constraints faced by SMEs that have not been able to compete include capital and lack of knowledge of technology in product packaging, food so that it reaches customers who are outside the city.
