Abstract

The assessment indicators used in this study include communication; awareness of the importance of coordination; participant competence; coordination agreements, commitments and incentives; and continuity of planning. The type of research located at the Dinas Kesehatan and BPKAD Pekanbaru City is descriptive research. While the method used is quantitative. There are two groups of population and samples in this study, namely Dinas Kesehatan employees totaling 5 people and BPKAD employees totaling 6 people. Due to the relatively small number of respondents in this study, the sampling technique used is the sensus technique. The types and techniques of data collection used consisted of, primary data collected from the results of questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques and data obtained from the Dinas Kesehatan and BPKAD. While the data analysis technique used is to use the distribution analysis table of respondents' answers. Based on this analysis technique, the researchers got the results that the coordination of the elimination of the assets of the special operational service vehicles (ambulance) at Dinas Kesehatan and BPKAD Kota Pekanbaru was in the assessment interval carried out with a percentage of 61%. Recommendations that need to be considered especially with regard to the coordination carried out affect the implementation of the elimination of ambulance assets, so the two institutions that play a role should further improve their performance in coordinating considering the implementation rate is still at a fairly low percentage.
