Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the physical condition of PB badminton players. Garuda in Desa Kotabaru Siberida Kecamatan Keritang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. The type of this research is descriptive. The population and sample in this study were PB Badminton Players. Garuda InDesa Kotabaru Siberida Kecamatan Keritang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir totaling 11 people. The research instrument used was a physical condition test for badminton players, namely an arm muscle strength test with an expanding dynamometer, an arm muscle endurance test with push ups, a 30 meter run test, a flexibility test with sit and reach, a vertical jump test, and a 15 minute run test. . The data analysis technique used is to calculate the category of physical condition values. Based on the results of the calculation of the average value of the physical condition values that have been carried out on players, it is known that the level of physical condition of PB Badminton Players. Garuda in Desa Kotabaru Siberida Kecamatan Keritang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir owned is 2.5 which belongs to the Less Once category.
