Abstract

RAHMADI IMAM UTOMO, 2022, Contribution Between Explosive Power Of Arm Muscles And Flexibility Of The Wrist Towards The Results Of The Putera Club Sialang Indah Volleyball Smash. This study aims to determine whether there is a contribution between arm muscle explosive power and wrist flexibility on the results of the men's volleyball smash at the Sialang Indah club. The population in this study were the male athletes of the Sialang Indah club totaling 12 people. This study used a total sampling technique, meaning that the entire population was sampled in this study 12 people. This type of research is correlation. The test instrument in this study used a push up test, wrist flexibility, and smash, then the data was processed with a correlation test. Based on the results of research as evidenced by data analysis using the correlation test, the researcher can conclude that there is no significant contribution between arm muscle explosive power and smash, with a value of rcount (0.119) < rtab (0.576), with a KD value of 1.4%, there is no significant contribution to Wrist Flexibility and Smash with a value, and KD value of 5.5%, and there is no contribution to arm muscle strength and leg muscle strength to the son of Silang Indah volleyball smash with a value of rcount (0.259) < rtab (0.576) and KD value 6.7%.
