Abstract
A heat exchanger is a device that produces heat transfer from one fluid to another. The heat exchanger is a very important machine tool, both in a power generation system, industrial processes, transportation media, as well as in the field of education. Heat exchangers can be divided into heat exchangers with direct flow and counter current flow. The forced convection system is one way of heating that can be applied in drying fish. The forced convection system uses the combustion heat from the combustion furnace which is then channeled into the pipes by using an air blower (fan) into the drying rack.
