Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and conflict on the performance of the employees of PT Riau Belia Karya Mandiri Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of PT Riau Belia Karya Mandiri Pekanbaru totaling 52 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. So the sample in this study was 52 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. based on the results of the analysis, the results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on the performance of employees of PT Riau Belia Karya Mandiri Pekanbaru. there is a negative and significant influence between work conflict on the performance of employees of PT Riau Belia Karya Mandiri Pekanbaru and simultaneously the work environment and work conflict significantly affect the performance of employees of PT Riau Belia Karya Mandiri Pekanbaru, with the correlation value being in the medium category, besides the contribution given by 27.2% the rest is influenced by other variables.
