Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of premium income, investment returns, and claims on the profits of Islamic General Insurance Companies for the period 2018- 2020. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used is Sharia General Insurance Company registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sampling technique is purposive sampling method with a total sample of 17 Sharia General Insurance Companies and the type of data is secondary data. Methods of data collection using the method of financial statements, with data analysis techniques multiple linear regression. The results showed that premium income had no significant effect on profit, investment returns had a significant effect on profit, and claims expense had no significant effect on profit of the Sharia General Insurance Company.
