Abstract

The source of human energy comes from food. Eating healthy and adjusting your diet also plays a role in maintaining a healthy body. Many foods today are produced not only by paying attention to the nutrients contained in them but how to make instant food in processing and serving by adding harmful substances to food. The hazardous substances in question include Formalin, Borax, Rhodamin B and Metanyl Yellow. Based on these problems, a system or means is needed to be a solution in the form of a decision support system in order to speed up and make it easier to make a decision. Therefore, in this research, the author makes a decision support system using the Naive Bayes method. The purpose of this system is only to predict the harmful substances contained in food, but to ensure that it can be fully carried out by laboratory tests.
