Abstract
ANALYSIS OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGNCE OF OFFICE EMPLOYEES AT PT. PERKEBUNANAN NUSANTARA V KEBUN SEI INTAN KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU LILI ROHMAWATI 175210175 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the emotional intelligence of office employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Intan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The population in this study were all office employees of the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Intan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The sampling technique in this study used census sampling, namly the dtermination of the sample taken based on the total population of 35 pepole. Data collection technique in this study used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis. The result of this study indicate that self awarness, self control, empathy, and social skilss at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Intan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu have been very well controlled.
