Abstract
WORKLOAD ANALYSIS OF PRODUCTION SECTION EMPLOYEES IN MIE TENAGA MUDA PEKANBARU COMPANY By Sheren Avinka Dedra Mie Tenaga Muda Company is a small and medium business engaged in the manufacture of wet noodles. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the Workload of Production Division employees at the Mie Tenaga Muda Company in Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive and quantitative. The population is all employees of the production division at the Mie Tenaga Muda Company. The sample used in this study was a saturated sample of 20 employees. This study uses primary data sources and data collection through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study was to test the instrument (test validity and reliability). Based on the results of calculations from this study, it is known that the workload of production employees is in the high category, namely 2241 which is in the 2184-2600 interval. The workload includes physical workload, mental workload and the high use of work time that employees receive when doing work.
