Abstract
THE EFFECT OF PRICE AND SERVICE QUALITY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF FAJAR FUTSAL FIELD TENANTS IN PEKANBARU By: NANDA ERLANGGA PUTRA NPM : 165210647 This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality prices on customer satisfaction of Fajar Futsal field tenants in Pekanbaru. This study used a purposive sampling method and used a sample of 100 respondents who hired Fajar Futsal field tenants in Pekanbaru. The research data was obtained from the results of questionnaires, literature studies and direct interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, instrument test, normality test, multiple regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that most of the respondents field tenants are in the good category, and then the results of the partial and simultaneous research show that the price and service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction Fajar Futsal field tenants in Pekanbaru
