Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of organizational communication on employee performance at the Kulim Jaya Public Health Center, Kab. Indragiri Hulu. The population in the study were all employees who worked at the Kulim Jaya Health Center. The sampling technique in this study used the Purposive Sampling technique, a sampling technique based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher. The samples taken were medical employees consisting of civil servants and THL at the Kulim Jaya Health Center, totaling 44 people. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that organizational communication has a significant effect on employee performance at the Kulim Jaya Health Center Kab. Indragiri Hulu.
