Abstract

Today's technological developments are remarkable, especially in the security of networks that are so fundamental to the world of internet technology. In internet technology in the field of networking is something that will be a very important part, because network security systems are used to ensure confidentiality, theft, or data breaches in a company. In the implementation of a VPN network (Virtual Private Network) using PPTP and L2TP/IPsec methods to connect or remotely from far away. With a VPN network with PPTP and L2TP/IPsec tunnel on Fakultas Teknik Universitas Islam Riau especially in Labor Teknik Informatika is expected to assist in communication, improve delivery security and reduce the possibility of threats that can occur when sending data in the network.
