Abstract

The Customer Decision Factor is one of the benchmarks in making a decision in financing. The problem formulation of the study is how the influence of customers’ decisions to apply for financing at BMT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru. The aim of this study is to find out how the influence of customers’ decisions to apply for financing at BMT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru. The type of this study is quantitative research. The subject of this study is the customers at BMT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru, which the sample consists of 94 respondents. The data collection technique of the study is questionnaires. In analyzing the data, the process is performed by SPSS For Windows 22. The results of this study show that the partial hypothesis testing shows that the customers’ decisions (Y) have a significant influence on financing (X), it is known from the t-count is larger than t-table (2.732>1.661). The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that the customers’ decisions have a significant influence on financing, because the coefficient value is 466 or 46.6%, so it is included in the category of a strong relationship between customers’ decisions and financing. In general, it can beconcluded that there is an influence of customers’ decisions on financing.
