Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between Work-Family Conflict with Job Satisfaction on employees of PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria in Duri City. The subjects in this study were employees who worked on Rig 9, Rig 19, Rig 20, Rig 21, Rig 5, and Rig 15 as many as 134 people. The data used in this study were collected using the Work-Family Scale consisting of 14 items and the Job Satisfaction Scale consisting of 21 items. Statistical analysis used in this research is Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. Statistical results show that there is no relationship between Work-Family Conflict and job satisfaction with a significance value calculation of 0.462. So it can be concluded that the two variables have no relationship.
