Abstract

In the implementation of the cooperation agreement for the distribution of 3 Kg LPG which is carried out between the agent and the base, it is in accordance with the provisions of Article 1320 of the Civil Code concerning the conditions for the validity of an agreement. Where the agreement that regulates the rights and obligations that bind the parties, of course in practice it is often violated by the parties, this act is called default. The problem is how to implement the cooperation agreement for the distribution of 3 Kg LPG between agents of PT. Lisfa Inti Selaras with Pangkalan Dava? And what are the obstacles in carrying out the cooperation agreement for the distribution of 3 Kg LPG between agents of PT. Lisfa Inti Selaras with Pangkalan Dava? The research method is observational research, namely by surveying or observing directly to the research location using data collection tools, namely interviews and questionnaires. Meanwhile, its nature is descriptive, that is, research that is intended to provide a detailed, clear and systematic description of the main research problems. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a form of default in the cooperation agreement, namely the base of selling LPG 3 Kg above the predetermined HET, not filling out the log book / not completing it, and stockpiling LPG 3 Kg. To overcome this problem, it is suggested that agents must supervise and monitor the base so that there is no default by conducting monthly audits of the base.
