Abstract
Daffa Collection store is a business engaged in selling women's fashion. This business has been established since 2020. This business is located in the Guntung Indra Giri Hilir river area, Riau Province. Currently the Daffa Collection Store only sells women's clothing, the Daffa Collection Store should complement it by selling men's clothing so that the results obtained are maximized. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the business development of Daffa Collection Stores in selling Men's Fashion is feasible or not. The data used in this study is secondary data from 2020-2021 obtained from the financial statements of the Daffa Collection Store. Based on sharia and conventional financial analysis, the Daffa Collection store is feasible to be developed with an ISM value of 25.90%, a GVM value of 42.87, a GI value of 1.102, an NPV value of +11.346.106, a PI value of 1.106 and an IRR value of 7 ,74%.
