Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work conflict on employee performance at PT. Agung Automall, Ujung Batu Branch, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau. The population in this study were 58 respondents, sampling using the Probability Sampling technique with the census method, so that the sample used was 58 respondents. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique uses instrument test, simple linear regression, correlation test, determination test and t test (partial). The results showed that partially work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Agung Automall, Ujung Batu Branch, Rokan Hulu Regency.
