Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work conflict on employee performance at PT. Datama Pekanbaru. This study uses a Probability Sampling technique with random sampling, the research sample is 58 respondents. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique used an instrument test, simple linear regression with hypothesis testing, namely the t test (partial) and determination (R2). The results showed that partially work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Datama Pekanbaru with t count 4,469> t table 2,003. Meanwhile, the result of the coefficient of determination (R²) obtained a value of 0.263 or 26.3%.
