Abstract
ABSTRACT EFFECT OF WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. JAMICI ASIH JAYA BY: NURHADI NPM : 145210754 This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. JAMICI ASIH JAYA. This research was carried out using descriptive and quantitative methods, namely by analyzing the data that had been collected from the results of the study and connected to the theoretical basis in the literature review. The population in this study were employees of PT. JAMICI ASIH JAYA. To determine the sample in this study were employees of PT. JAMICI ASIH JAYA Field Section which amounts to 37 people while determining the number of samples used by the author in this study is the census method or saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Data Recapitulation of Work Motivation and Employee Performance Variables at PT. JAMICI ASIH JAYA. in the agree category. Based on simple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded as follows: Motivation has a significant and positive effect on the variable Employee Performance PT. JAMICI ASIH JAYA.
