Abstract

THE EFFECT OF EMPLOYEE COMMITMENT ON PERFORMANCE WITH DISCIPLINE AS INTERVENING VARIABLE AT PUSKESMAS SUB-DISTRICT XIII KOTO KAMPAR, KAMPAR REGENCY By Aldi Maulana Rizki NPM : 175210504 This study aims to determine the effect of employee commitment on performance with discipline as an intervening variable at the Puskesmas District XIII Koto Kampar, Kampar Regency. The results of this study found that there was no effect of employee commitment on employee performance at the XIII Koto Kampar Health Center. Then simultaneously there is the effect of employee commitment on performance supported by the intervening variable of work discipline at the XIII Koto Kampar Health Center. Employees should show commitment to the organization in working at a higher level. There should be a set target in achieving performance. Employees should show work discipline by obeying the rules that have been set at the XIII Koto Kampar Health Center such as coming and going home according to a set schedule, so as not to affect the services provided to the community.
