Abstract

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOB STRESS WITH WORK PROCRASTINATION OF TEACHERS DURING THE ONLINE LEARNING PROCESS LILI ARISANTI 178110052 FACULTY OF PSYCHOLOGY ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY OF RIAU ABSTRACT The stress experienced by the teacher during online learning can lead to negative behavioral reactions in him, some of them are late in submitting reports, doing work not on time, and procrastinating work. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between job stress and work procrastination on teachers during the online learning process. The sampling technique uses a probability technique with thw cluster random sampling method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 private high school teachers in the city of Pekanbaru. The data collection method used is using a likert scale. The scale used is the job stress scale and the work procrastination scale. The realibility coefficient of the job stress scale is 0.881 and the work procrastination scale is 0.886. Statistical analysis used is pearson correlation, through the hep of the SPSS version 17.0 program for windows. These statistical results have shown that there is a significant positive relationship between job stress and work procrastination of r = 0.210 and a sig value of 0.036. from these results it can be concluded that there is a relationship between job stress and work procrastination. The higher the job stress so the higher the work procrastination, vice versa.
