Abstract

Elda Susanti is a young entrepreneur engaged in the culinary business. Starting a business since she was in college, Elda Susanti has succeeded in becoming an entrepreneur, one of the millennial favorite snacks, Stick mozzarella pku by.el's. The first attempt called Stick Mozzarella Pku by. el's already has 4 branch outlets in Pekanbaru. This prompted the author to conduct research on the self-concept of young entrepreneurs in carrying out three identities at the same time being an entrepreneur, being a child, and being a student. This study discusses the selfconcept that focuses on the self-concept of young entrepreneurs Elda Susanti stick mozzarella pku by.el's. In this study using a qualitative approach with interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the selfconcept possessed by young entrepreneurs is an independent attitude, never gives up, always innovates, is able to see business opportunities in the future or in the long term, and always maintains communication between business owners and employees.
