Abstract
This study aims to determine the analysis of land and building tax payments in the city of Pekanbaru as well as to determine the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of land and building payments so that this is not implemented. With the Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation Number 08 of 2011 concerning Rural Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB), which is at tax imposed on acquistions of land and buildings, it is therefore obligatory for the taxpayer to pay the land and building taxes as well as other taxes at the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency are categorized as effective enough because there has been awareness from the public to pay taxes and it is quite good for employees at the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency to serve the community as services recipients. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the analysis of land and building tax payment services at the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency. The benefit of this research is as a consideration for the governement, especially Bapenda in providing even better services to the community so that no one else complains about the service. The method in this study uses qualitative reesearch with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The informations in this study were the head of the Sub-Division of Data Collection and Registration of PBB,BPHTB,PPJ Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency and the taxpayer community. The results of this study have begun to be effective, but there are still some obstacies felt by the community and the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency regarding services in paying land and building taxes carried out by the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency.
