Abstract
ABSTRACK Based on the provisions of Article 1 paragraph of Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning MSMEs, it has many meanings: first, a business that is established for the purpose of economic activity and is not a non-profit activity; second, a business that is productive or generates profit or profit from the business; third, an independent or stand-alone business that is not a part, branch, or affiliate of another business; Fourth, businesses owned by individuals or business entities. The main problem in this research is how to implement legal protection against MSMEs in the form of minimarkets in Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City and what are the obstacles faced in implementing legal protection against MSMEs in the form of minimarkets in Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. This type of research is contained in Observational research, while the nature of the research is descriptive analytical and the object of research is the implementation of legal protection and the obstacles faced in its implementation against MSMEs in the form of minimarkets in the Bukit Raya sub-district, Pekanbaru City. This study took the management of MSMEs in the form of minimarkets in Bukit Raya District as a sample to obtain results from the research entitled "Legal Protection Against Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Form of Minimarkets in Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. and the conclusion of the Legal Protection Against Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pekanbaru City is that it has not gone well, and there are still many inhibiting factors caused by the business actors themselves.
