Abstract

THE EFFECT OF HONORER TEACHER AND PNS JOB SATISFACTION ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT SDN TAPUNG HULU DISTRICT, KAMPAR REGENCY MUTIARA 175210250 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on honorary teachers and civil servants on teacher performance at SDN Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. This research was conducted in SDN Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency, namely SDN 006 Danau Lancang Village, SDN 017 Bukit Kemuning, SDN 015 Sumber Sari, and SDN 003 Suka Ramai. The population in this study was 94 people, the sample was taken using a total sampling technique, namely all the population was sampled because the population was relatively small so the research sample was 94 teachers. This research method is quantitative with data collection techniques using questionnaires and the data is analyzed by simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study concluded; 1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SDN Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. 2) Job satisfaction will improve teacher performance constantly. 3) Job satisfaction contributes 56.1% to teacher performance at SDN Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency, while the remaining 43.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
