Abstract

Karo Batak Church (abbreviated: GBKP) is a Calvinist Protestant Christian church combined with Karo culture. GBKP In the completion of its financial statements, it is still running manually which results in data not being archived properly and not. The research method using context diagrams is a tool for structural analysis, this structural approach is to describe the system as a whole, the information needed and the objectives to be generated. The results of the study resulted in an integrated financial system. who have gone through several tests. In the process of testing the system through several stages, including the front page which will display two menu options, namely the menu to go to the Church Finance and Credit Union pages, the Church Finance page which will display the Login Form, Runggun Data and Financial Data, and the Credit Union page which will display Login form, Member Data, Savings Data, Loan Data and Confirmation Form for Admin and logout. In this test, the black box method is used with the result that there are no errors in the system. From the results of the questionnaire answers given to 20 respondents who have tried to use this system, 72% say that this web-based financial system is very good and can be implemented. It can be said that the financial information system at the web-based Batak Karo Protestant church was successfully built without problems or errors after black box testing was carried out.
