Abstract
the purpose of this study was to determine an analyze the effect of self efficacy and motivation on employee performance at pt bumi putera general insurance 1967 Pekanbaru.the population in this study are all employee who work at this company.the sampling tecnique in this study used purposive sampling.namely the determination of the sample based on the objective and considerations of the researcher which opened 38 people. Data collection technique in this study used interviews and questionnaires . the data analysis techniquein this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. the result of this study indicate that self efficacy and work motivation partially and simultaneosly have a significant effect on employee performance at pt bumi putera general insurance 1967 Pekanbaru.
