Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work ability on employee performance at PT. Nayya Gabe Persada Mandiri Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling techniqu e in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, which amounted to 52 people. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documen tation. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 26 and descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Nayya Gabe Persada Mandiri Pekanbaru.
