Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of interpersonal communication on organizational commitment at PT. United Equipment Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used Saturated Sampling, namely sampling with the entire population of 34 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire) interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The value of R Square indicates that interpersonal communication is 72.2%. And the results of the partial t test value t count> t table that is interpersonal communication significantly influence organizational commitment at PT. United Equipment Pekanbaru Branch.
