Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformasional and financial compensation on job satisfaction at PT Coates Hire Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 41 employees. sampling Used the census methode so that all the population was made up of 41 people The types and sources of dara are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniquea uae observation, qestionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, f test and determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership and dinancial compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Coates Hire Pekanbaru. The level of relationship between the two variables in the strong category, whice means the ability of the independent variable to explain the depwndent variable is good.
