Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of tenure on employee performance through job training at PT. Nusantara Berlian Motor Pekanbaru. Sources of data used in this study using primary data and secondary data, namely questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation. The population of this study are employees of PT. Nusantara Berlian Motor Pekanbaru, amounting to 48 people who are also the sample in this study. This research uses quantitative methods using SmartPLS 3 software. The tests used are Measurement Measurement Model testing (Validity Test and Reality Test), Structural Model Testing (R-Square and T Test), Hypothesis Testing (P-Values Test), and Path Analysis (path analysis). The results of the study indicate that tenure has a significant effect on employee performance through job training at PT. Nusantara Berlian Motor Pekanbaru.
