Abstract
CITY SOCIALIZATION OF THE CITY OF CHILDREN PROGRAM IN PEKANBARU CITY BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PROTECTION OF WOMEN'S PROTECTION CHILDREN AND COMMUNITY PEKANBARU CITY Claudia Prasila NPM. 169110146 This study aims to socialize the city of Pekanbaru in the city of Pekanbaru by the Office of Women's Empowerment, Protection and Empowerment of Children of the City of Pekanbaru and the factors that hinder the socialization of the city of Pekanbaru in the city of Pekanbaru by the Office of Women's Empowerment, Protection and Empowerment of Children of Pekanbaru City. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the Head of the Service, the Head of the Fulfillment of Children's Rights, and the community who had children who were growing and developing. Data collection techniques in this study consisted of interviews, observations and documentation. Analysis of the data in this study. Descriptive researchers, describe the results of research in the form of words or sentences so that the authors describe in depth the results of the research according to the actual situation in the field. Based on the results of research and discussion of the Socialization of Child Friendly Cities Program in Pekanbaru City by the Office of Women's Empowerment, Protection and Empowerment of Children in Pekanbaru City, it is known that several conclusions are found, namely the discovery of ideas (Innovation is not yet known by the community), communication channels, duration of socialization implementation, and welcoming innovations by the target audience.
