Abstract

THE EFFECT OF PUBLIC PERCEPTIONS ABOUT SERVICES ON THE INTEREST OF BPJS PARTICIPANTS IN PEKANBARU BEBEN ALVIAN 159110212 This study aims to see how much influence the public's perception of services has on the interest of BPJS Health participants in the city of Pekanbaru. Based on the survey conducted. The high number of participants who register for BPJS Health in Pekanbaru City, of course, indicates a high interest in BPJS Health health services. In this study, field research was used which directly went to research the research location. The data analysis model used in this research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, namely studying the relationship between two or more variables and describing or explaining a problem whose results can be generalized. In this study, it is more concerned with the aspect of the breadth of the data so that the data or research results are considered to be a representation of the entire population. The results showed that there was an influence and significant public perception of BPJS Health Services had a positive and significant effect on interest in becoming BPJS Health participants in the city of Pekanbaru. If the variable of public perception about services is increased, there will be an increase in interest in becoming a BPJS Health participant in the city of Pekanbaru by 0.612 units.
