Abstract

To build a hospital building with adequate and optimal facilities, it is necessary to design it as well as possible and be adjusted to the existing factors. In addition, the design of the building must be completely safe because it involves human safety. The purpose of this research is to produce a hospital building structure design with a special moment resisting frame system that is able to withstand the loads acting on the building, in accordance with SNI 2847-2013 regulations. This research begins by calculating the loads action on the building, calculating the loads working on the building based on SNI 1727-2013 and SNI 1726-2019. In the calculation of the forces using the help of a structural calculation software.Next is the calculation of the reinforcement in the columns, beams and floor slabs. From the results obtained in the study, it can be concluded that the longitudinal reinforcement used in Beam B1 is 30x60 with 6D19 tensile reinforcement, 3D19 compression reinforcement in the support area and in the field area, 3D19 tensile reinforcement, 5D19 compression reinforcement; beam B2 25x45 with 5D16 tensile reinforcement, 3D16 compression reinforcement in the support area and in the field area, 3D16 tensile reinforcement, 4D16 for compression reinforcement; column K1 60x60 with 16D19; column K2 50x50 with 12D19. Meanwhile, the transverse reinforcement of the K1 60x60 column is 4∅12100 along l 0 and 12-200 mid-span; column K2 50x50 is 4∅12-100 along l 0 and 12200 in the middle of the span. For floors, reinforcement 12-100 is obtained in the support and field areas with a plate thickness of 130 mm.
