Abstract

Congestion that is getting worse in urban areas can be reduced by the construction of flyovers. However, to build a conventional fly over requires a fairly expensive cost, especially if the construction is built on soft soil. In the period 2006 to 2010 various problematic soil handling technologies have been researched and developed at the Road Geotechnical Center, Center for Road and Bridge Research and Development. These technologies have been tested on a full scale in the field. Foam mortar technology can also be used as an embankment material on oprit, which in turn can reduce the use of girders and save construction costs by up to 70% (Balai Litbang Geoteknik Jalan, 2016). Data from the field in the form of boring log results and laboratory tests are used as parameters to calculate the carrying capacity value and the reduction of the relevant planning standards. The load used in the calculation is the load given from the pile of foam mortar oprit. The bearing capacity of the soil is calculated using the Terzaghi equation with a safety factor value of three. Land subsidence is calculated by the one-dimensional terzaghi equation. The original soil bearing strength at a depth of 0-2 meters is 1998,895 kN/m2 with a safe value of 5.93, for a depth of 2-4 meters the strength is 2205.075 kN/m2 with a safe value of 7.22. The value of soil subsidence that occurs in the original soil at a depth of 5 meters is 0.0995 m, at a depth of 15 meters it is 0.0703 m, for a depth of 25 meters there is a decrease of 0.0511 m, while for a depth of 35 meters it is 0.066 m, so the total The overall drop is 0.4742 m at a depth of 40 meters.
