Abstract

Communication in education is a very important element in its position.In fact, he has a very big role in determining the success of the education concerned. Instructional communication is an important communication process that every teacher has. Because this communication aims to provide understanding to the target party (communicant) in the event of a change in behavior for the better in the future. This study aims to fulfill the face-to-face learning method from one of the schools by using a qualitative descriptive method. The focus of this research is on learning methods that change from online learning during the pandemic. During this pandemic, it affects the learning process and results in a change in children’s enthusiasm because it is too long a holiday and plays a lot so that at the time of learning children do not focus on learning in class and children are less enthusiastic about going to school. Therefore, the lack of cooperation and parental care for students assignments, the number of students scores decreasing during face-to-face learning compared to online learning, there is also a limited face-to-face learning schedule at madrasah ibtidaiyah hj kamisih kabupaten bengkalis. Based on the results of this study, namely communication instructional used by teachers in learning methods that affect students learning enthusiasm goes well and is responded positively by students. This study also uses triangulation techniques to check the validity of the data. And using observation and documentation data collection techniques. The results of the study were several interviews of research sujects as well as photos related to this research.
